Choy Li Fut, a traditional and powerful style, is taught in a personal and professional manner, in French and in English. Regular Choy Li Fut practice is sufficient to maintain good physical conditioning as it has an excellent balance between cardio, power, endurance and flexibility training. Being a traditional martial art, Choy Li Fut is a great form of self-defence.

The Students at Wong Kung Fu all practice together, regardless of their level. In this way, everyone benefits from the corrections of all. An advanced student will correct a detail on a previously learned technique and a newer student can benefit by seeing the correction given.

Sifu Wong follows the progress of every student during each class. This personal method greatly speeds up learning the system of Choy Li Fut, helping in the understanding of its techniques and the applications.

The class begins with 10 minutes of meditation, followed by 70 to 80 minutes of group exercises lead by Sifu. Then there is a short break after which there is a free practice period. During the free practice, Sifu sees individual students, correcting and if the student is ready teaching new forms. Every Wednesday, half the class is devoted to two-person practice which consists of blocks, strikes and joint locking and breaking techniques.
